Elevate your lifestyle with a home in an exclusive mountain village, surround by spectacular scenery, in a secure eco-estate.

Spanning over a thousand hectares, Cathkin Estates is the largest privately owned wilderness area in the Central Drakensberg. It is home to many indigenous species of fauna and flora, most notably the endangered Oribi antelope and herds of eland, blesbok, zebra and wildebeest.

The Estate offers various land, home packages and design-build options to choose from. The villages cover less than 5% of the total estate and homes are governed by architectural design guidelines allowing individual expression within a generic berg theme, while minimising the impact on the environment. Each stand in the Estate has exquisite and unobstructed views of the Berg.

1000 hectares of indigenous grassland, forests, and streams.

Natural Neighbours
